- Comprehensive review of significant weight change, dialysis, wound and tube feeding documentation to ensure that charting and care-planning is complete and up to date on your most nutritionally-at-risk residents.
- Comprehensive audit of Food and Nutrition Services department including tray accuracy audit, kitchen safety and sanitation audit, and a review of departmental documentation to ensure all food-safety and sanitation logs are in place and up to date.
